If you are interested in proceeding with the booking, deposits or payments are required as follows:

• 30 days to 21 days prior to the departure date: 50%
• 21 days to 1 day prior to the departure date: 100%

We reserve the right to offer services of similar or higher standards in the event of non-availability at the time of booking, at an amended cost.

Please ensure that the names provided for reservations match the names in your passport, as hotels and sightseeing tour companies are strict about name changes. Mismatched names may result in heavy amendment penalties.

We strongly recommend travel insurance as part of your package. We offer excellent rates with the world’s best companies—please let us know if you wish to include this in your package.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 45 working days.

Limitation to Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to $30.00 USD.
